Crafted from Corvina and Rondinella grapes grown in the Valpolicella Classico region, the process begins with a four-month drying period in crates, intensifying the fruit’s flavours. Afterwards, the grapes are gently pressed and left on their skins for a generous 25 days to extract deep colour and complexity. The wine is then aged for 40 months in barrique barrels, resulting in a masterpiece that captivates the palate.

This Amarone boasts an extraordinarily elegant body with impressive volume, tantalizing the senses without being overly sweet or overwhelming. With just 4.5g of residual sugar—remarkably low for its class—it achieves perfect balance. Aromas of dried fruit, cinnamon, and hints of vanilla intertwine with delicate dried flowers and sweet spices. On the palate, it is smooth and refined, with a beautifully structured and enticing character. The endlessly long finish leaves you smiling with satisfaction.
