Returns & Complaints

I would like to return a product.

Products can be returned if they are unopened and are in their original condition. Please pack the products carefully so that they are not damaged during transit.

If you have received damaged products, please contact us immediately after you open your parcel.

How Do Returns Work in Switzerland?

You can return items within 30 days.

Returns as a registered customer
To return items, you will need to go to your order details. Select the "Return item" option there and select the items to be returned.

Returns as a guest customer
If you made your purchase as a guest, you will need your order confirmation email. Click on the "View order details" button. Select the "Return item" option.

You will then receive an email with all the information you need for a return. Please note that a return from Switzerland is subject to charges. You are responsible for these charges.

If you are returning products to us, please note the following:

  • Obtain proof of dispatch and keep it until you have received your refund or replacement.
  • Please package the product(s) you are returning with reasonable care, to ensure that nothing is damaged during shipping.
  • Electronic equipment should be returned in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  • The costs for the return shipment will not be covered for goods that have to be returned to us by a forwarding agent.
  • We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Note: Returns are inspected and processed in Austria.

How will I receive my refund?

Your amount will be returned via the payment method you placed your order with. If you prefer, we can create a shop voucher for the value of your return payment instead.

You will receive a confirmation email with a credit memo when your return has been processed. Please note that you must return the item(s) within 30 days.

I would like to issue a complaint

We are sorry if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Please feel free to write to us using the contact form. Please select Returns & Complaints as the reason for contact and we will resolve the matter via the warranty or guarantee. You can find more information about this in our Terms and Conditions under “Warranty & Guarantee”.
