Description

A real highlight for friends of dry or almost completely dry champagne. L'Extra with a dose of 1.5g is very close to bone dry. In our opinion, this particularly promotes the aroma of Chardonnays, especially from Grand Cru sites.

The wine is super fresh and very mineral in the glass, with great citrus notes, plus a lot of prominent aromas of chalk, very typical for the region. Mega fine perlage, super silky, very firm on the palate. This is world-class Chardonnay! The wine develops a lot of pressure on the palate and offers great citrus notes in the finish, paired with the typical creamy texture and some brioche notes.

Very important: this champagne needs air to breathe and a large glass. Anyone who squeezes into a champagne flute misses almost the entire spectacle here. Great with seafood. It couldn't be better, at least not for this price!
