You can change your email address and password in your customer account. If you want to change your email address, simply go to “Edit Account” and add a new email address. You can edit your password under “Change Password”.

You can easily change your password here. Simply enter the email address linked to your customer account, and we'll email you the information you need to choose a new password.
We're sorry to see you go! Please contact us if you'd like to delete your customer account. You can still shop with us as a guest after your customer account has been deleted. We certainly hope you will! 📦
You can only change the delivery or billing address of an open order by contacting our customer service team. Please write to us using this contact form. Please note that changes can only be made if your order is not currently being packed.
If you have a customer account and would like to manage your delivery addresses, you can do so by clicking “Manage My Address Book”. You can also change your billing address by clicking on “My Account”. Please note that these changes have no effect on open orders.

Under "My Orders" you'll find an overview of your most recent orders. You can track the status of your orders and can view the details of each order.
The "Reorder" feature allows you to quickly and easily reorder products from previous orders. Click the "My Orders" button in your account, then choose the timeframe you wish to view orders from using the drop-down menu on the left-hand side. Under each of the products listed in a previous order, you'll see a "Reorder" button that adds the product to your cart.
You can also add products you haven't ordered before to your basket by shopping as usual on our pages.
You can place an order as a guest and do not need a customer account. You'll receive a tracking code by email. You can use code to track your order. Please make sure that your email address is correct when you enter it, otherwise you won't receive any further information regarding your order.
We appreciate your product reviews! Reviews are helpful for other customers and also help us ensure top-notch quality.
You can write reviews for products you've purchased in your customer account under "Rate & review my products". Please note that we will not publish reviews that do not meet our guidelines. You'll find these guidelines directly below the product review form. Sometimes it takes a while before your review will be displayed. Thank you very much for your patience during this time!
