Description
An excellent example of a Rubin Carnuntum from a top winery:
Typical dark ruby garnet with delicate purple reflections. Nice spice on the nose with red fruit notes and delicate smoky hints. The wine can definitely be described as powerful on the palate. Cherry fruit with a hint of roasted aromas emerges, accompanied by fine tannins. A wine with medium complexity and a good finish, underlaid with delicate tobacco notes. Juicy to the last sip.
A great accompaniment to dishes such as pasta, pizza and grilled food.
