Description
A classic from a top winery in the Traisental. The grapes for this wine come from the best Traisental vineyards with different soil types and have been organic since the 2021 vintage. A representative, easy-to-drink Riesling that's immediately impressive.
Very fruity on the nose, inviting vineyard peaches. Structured on the palate with a wealth of finesse, appears delicate and playful. Dry with fruit sweetness. Light-footed, with a lively acidic curve and juice of yellow tropical fruit that stays in the finish for a long time. Can be stored for another 7 years, but is already a lot of fun to enjoy.
A great table wine with fish and shellfish, among other things, and also ideally suited to Asian cuisine.
