Description

A varietal representative from southern Burgenland with a touch of perfection. Uwe Schiefer gives his Blaufränkisch the time he needs. After 18 months in large oak barrels and subsequent bottle ageing, the tannins are beautifully polished and integrated. Bottled without fining and filtration.

This is a prime example of how Blaufränkisch from this region should taste. Dark berries, fully ripe, with delicate herbal spice and salty minerality. Exceptional!
