Description
With this delicate, pink sparkling wine, Silvia Heinrich creates magical moments on many lips.
The base wine comes from the best Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes. To make the light, salmon-pink colour, the skins are separated from the juice after brief contact with the mash. After the second fermentation in a pressure tank, light-footed pearls with some residual sweetness slide down the palate. Beguilingly refreshing with clear and elegant fruit. Significant residual sweetness, fruity and creamy with hints of raspberries, wild strawberries and a hint of citrus in the finish.
Wonderful as a "starter wine" or with brunch. Also great as a slightly sweet finish or with fruity desserts. Or just to enjoy the magical moments in life.
