On the palate, it’s velvety and full-bodied, likely due to the Syrah and oak ageing. Rich red berry flavours complement the spiciness of the Sangiovese and subtle vanilla notes from the wood. With a solid structure and fresh acidity, it’s medium-bodied and perfectly balanced—each sip invites the next.

Ideal with pasta and meat, or traditional Tuscan dishes like salami and bistecca fiorentina. It also pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables like aubergine or courgettes.
