Harvested by hand on the steep hillsides of "Rive di Refrontolo", the grapes are carefully selected to ensure only the best make it into the bottle. The Glera variety, grown in marl and shell limestone soils, thrives in this unique terroir, further enhanced by the stark temperature fluctuations between day and night. These conditions imbue the wine with its distinctive mineral complexity and character.
