Vermouth has become increasingly popular in recent years, but has long been a stalwart on the bar scene where it was an important part of many cocktails. Without red vermouth, classics like Negroni or Manhattan would be unthinkable.

This white vermouth is awesome if you want to get a little off the supermarket beaten track. Dogliotti is one of the best Moscato d'Asti producers. When used in Vermouth, their grapes create a firework of Moscato aromas, paired with various herbs to ignite the palate. A brilliant summer drink or great as an aperitif, fantastic on ice and, in our opinion, even better with a splash of tonic.
