Description
The mighty Wechselberg rises on the eastern side of the Strassertal and faces south. The soils are weathered crystalline of Bohemian mass or crystalline slate. Due to the height of the Wechselberg, the nights cool the hot summer air. This guarantees the excellent development of aromatic substances in the grape.
Fine-fragrant classic with vegetal spiciness, minty-peppery coolness and ripe stone fruit. It flows smoothly on the palate, permeated by fine minerality and a perfect balance. It's mouth-filling, with a nice punch in the finale.
Pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes and fish, and can continue to mature for a few years. But who could store this excellent wine when it is already so seductive?
