Description

This GOLD award-winning white wine is the flagship wine of the Pfaffl winery located in the Weinviertel region. The winery was also honoured at Mundus Vini and at the Frankfurt Wine Fair as the "Best Producer in Austria"!

A typical, dry Grüner Veltliner, classically matured in steel tanks with enormous drinking pleasure. The grapes used are harvested from the steep south-facing "Zeisen" vineyard in the eastern Weinviertel region from vines up to 45 years old.

A fantastic wine in the glass for comparatively little money. Citrus, meadow herbs and white pepper notes fill the nose. Dry on the palate, very juicy and intensely fruity with a delicate residual sweetness (4g) Well-supported acidity with a spicy finish. Invites you to take another sip.

A beautiful all-rounder and universal food companion. Pairs well with hearty home-cooked meals, a light snack or fish. You can't really go wrong with this wine!
