Description
This white wine cuvee lives up to its name - "Ganz Zart" is German for very delicate. With just 9.5% alcohol by volume, the wine is exquisitely light and fresh.
The cuvee consists of 70% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscat. The grapes are harvested earlier and vinified dry with a delicate residual sweetness (only 5.3g/L), resulting in a beautiful summer wine with juicy peach fruit and surprising fullness.
Very enjoyable to drink and the hit at every summer party!
