Description
The Prosecco DOC is world-famous, but only as a white wine. After a revision of the production regulations, it's now possible to produce a Prosecco DOC rosé (from the 2020 harvest onwards). For this, around 10-15% Pinot Noir is added to the Glera grape, which gives a beautiful copper to pink colour.
This world-first from the famous Prosecco producer Villa Sandi is a vintage Prosecco in an exclusive bottle. Vibrant pink shimmers through delicate pearls. Fruity aromas of light berries and a little rose. Elegant and stimulating on the nose and palate. The delicate sweetness (brut - around 12g residual sugar) is great in a sparkling wine. A refreshing experience for summer nights!
Ideal as an aperitif, a great addition to any celebration and great with seafood or cheese.
