This Italian sparkling wine, from the famous Villa Sandi winery, grows in the heart of the Prosecco region. The winery's commitment to biodiversity is certified by the World Biodiversity Association. The Asolo hills located in the western part of the region are characterised by darker earth and slightly cooler nights.

Uniquely, the grape juice is cooled to 0 to -2 degrees Celsius and then fermented only once in a pressure tank. As a result, the wine stays particularly fresh, has grape-like notes and shines on the palate with delicate, fine pearls. Ripe yellow fruits such as apples, pears and pineapples delight the taste buds, and slightly herbaceous, mineral tones in the aftertaste evidence the quality. The wine expands to fill the palate with its explosive perlage.
