This Italian sparkling wine from the famous "Villa Sandi" winery comes from the heart of the Prosecco region and has been "Biodiversity" certified. The Asolo hills are located in the western part of the area and are characterised by darker earth and slightly cooler nights.

What sets this Prosecco apart? The grape juice is cooled down to 0 to -2 degrees Celsius and fermented only once it's in the pressure tank. As a result, it stays particularly fresh, gets its grape-like note and shines on the palate with delicate, fine pearls. Ripe yellow fruits such as apples, pears and pineapples delight the taste buds. Slightly herbaceous, mineral tones in the aftertaste are evidence of a good quality wine. Opens very wide and completely fills the palate with its explosive perlage.
