Unlike the neighbouring Valle Isonzo, the vines here grow on the Collio hills close to the Slovenian border and benefit from the altitude as well as the greater temperature differences between day and night.

Straw-yellow colour with delicate golden reflections in the glass.

Light, cool aromas, ripe pear and some apple on the nose - very typical of a high-quality Pinot Grigio. On the palate, the wine presents itself beautifully, firm and with good pressure. A fantastic, lively acidity demands that you take the next sip demands the next sip.

Pairs well with pasta and seafood. A wine that can also handle a larger glass. Good ageing potential.
