Description
WIth this single-variety sparkling wine made from the Muscat-Ottonel grape, the Szigeti Sektkellerei shows how beautifully fruity and finely-pearled Austrian sparkling wine can be. Like all Szigeti sparkling wines, it's made using the classic bottle fermentation method (méthode traditionnelle).
We love the varietal-representative nutmeg bouquet with flowery lilac accents and fine sweetness. Extra Dry does not mean that the sparkling wine is completely dry; there is around 15g of residual sugar in the bottle, which pairs well with the fruit bouquet. Exotic notes such as lychee meet elderflower - fruit with class, as we like it.
Well chilled, this sparkling wine is ideal at any time of the day or night in warm temperatures. It's also nice with desserts and cake.
