Weingut St. Zehetbauer

As early as 1705, this family was growing wine on the Leithaberg in Burgenland. When Stefan Zehetbauer took over, the tenth generation began working the land.

Leithaberg Blaufränkisch, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay are grown on around 15 hectares, but the winery is famous for their unique Cabernet Franc. Their top wines come from the Steinberg vineyard, which, with its barren mica slate, is one of the best in this region.
