The red wine cuvée "Tohuwabohu" from cult winemaker Markus Schneider is a dense, opulent, and modern wine from the Palatinate. Crafted from classic Bordeaux varieties—Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Franc (45%) with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon—this wine is matured in barrique barrels, showcasing why it is considered a flagship of German red wine artistry.

The nose reveals intense aromas of blackberries, cassis, and vanilla, complemented by fresh herbs. On the palate, it is dry with an appealing fruity sweetness, full-bodied and powerful.
