Description
Many white Côtes du Rhône are impressive because of their power and high alcohol content, but this wine shows that there is another way. Apart from the alcohol, the maturity in concrete tanks and biodynamic production greatly influence the character of this wine.
Glorious golden reflections in the glass promise a lot, and the nose is wonderful. We smell, typically for these grape varieties, honey aromas and lots of light flowers and other light fruits such as pears or apples. On the palate, it starts with a mouth washing freshness and citrus note, but reveals nice complexity and mineral notes. Good, long finish with nice citrus aromas.
A great, fresh and multi-layered white wine from the Rhône that we just love!
