Martini Riserva Bitter is today still made according to the original recipe from 1872 and consists of 100 percent natural ingredients. The addition of rare plant species such as saffron, angostura and colobo root result in a unique complexity and a spicy-herbal taste with bitter-sweet aromas.

The storage in oak barrels and enrichment with more than 20 botanicals, including wormwood, create the typical character of this bitter.
