Description

Behind this wine is Luc Abadie, a former engineer who discovered his passion for winemaking in 2010. Since 2013, he has been crafting wines full of character at Domaine La Coume-Lumet in Cépie, near Limoux.

On the nose, this wine enchants with aromas of toasted bread, hazelnuts, juicy peach, and a subtle hint of white pepper. In the glass, it’s lively and refreshing, with beautifully balanced acidity. On the palate, it has great pressure, offering juicy notes of orange, vanilla, and peach. This elegant white wine is surprisingly refined for a warm region, showcasing finesse and complexity.
