When we first tasted this wine, we were genuinely astounded by what Austria could deliver in this price range. Big Blend—its name says it all. This cuvée offers exceptional value for money.

Combining Zweigelt and Merlot, and aged in a blend of French and American oak barrels—of which about 35% are new—this wine achieves a harmonious balance where the roasted oak flavours are subtly integrated rather than dominant.

On the palate, it's remarkably smooth and velvety, showcasing distinct cherry notes complemented by hints of wild berries. It's incredibly enjoyable, prompting you to take another sip, which leads to a long, satisfying finish.
