Description
Rote Veltliner is an autochthonous white wine variety, almost ignored for years. In recent years, it has developed into a trendy niche product with cult potential.
This Roter Veltliner made from old vines, which are around 40 years old, is one of the best. Dry, fresh and complex on the palate, it puts you in a good mood. Ripe yellow pear and exotic fruits immediately come to mind. Honey blossoms on the palate, and an elegant berry mix with a little caramel. In the long, charming finale, the mineral vein testifies to the wine's great quality.
An excellent food companion that pairs well with a variety of dishes, but especially poultry. Also a good choice with pasta.
