Description

A Petillant Naturel, or Pet Nat for short, is the original method of making sparkling wine. In this method, the still fermenting grape must is filled into the bottle, sealed with a crown cork and then fermented in the bottle.

This pink-coloured sparkling wine is brand new at the Georg Preisinger winery in Gols. The juice of Zweigelt and Pinot Noir grapes was partially fermented in steel tanks, then bottled and fermented in the bottle. The result is a dry, gently sparkling sparkling wine that invites you to drink it: now or never!
