Description
This exclusive Sauvignon Blanc Gutswein perfectly reflects the Styrian volcanic region. The label was designed in cooperation with the "VOI fesch" association, which helps disabled people integrate into everyday life. As for Weingut Krispel; no other Styrian winery has become so lauded in recent years.
All in all, the year 2021 in the Styrian Vulkanland was a beautiful, balanced year. This is reflected in the wine. Ripe grapes, great varietal fruit and liveliness characterise it. Grape-like fruit underlaid with delicate minerality and a fine gooseberry note jump on the palate. It's radiantly clear, with lively structure and accompanied by a slightly lemony touch, resulting in a fun, upscale wine.
Pairs well with salads with cream cheese or many vegetarian dishes. The ideal companion to fish.
