The unexpectedly positive response we received when we opened a bottle of this wine at a small event surprised us. It's a reminder not to always rely on our assumptions and preferences.

Objectively, Melodia is a remarkably clean and fruity sparkling wine, bursting with intense peach flavours and hints of exotic pineapple and banana. The lively acidity balances the sweetness beautifully. At 90g of residual sugar, it's sweet but not overpoweringly so, comparable to the sweetness found in iced tea or cola.

This wine is a real summer sensation, especially delightful with a touch of lime zest, fresh mint, and plenty of ice cubes in the glass.
